Dr. Naomi Sato, MD

Our family has been with Dr Sato for over 5 years. Her practice provides excellent care and her staff is efficient and professional. Whenever my kids are sick they do their best to accommodate and see them as soon as possible. I am very happy we have a great place for my family to receive care!

I had actually been warned by friends in the neighborhood to avoid this office but it is so close to my home that I went anyway, hoping their experiences were the exception. Sadly, they werent. It is awful as soon as you step in the door. The waiting room is DIRTY. Im taking big stains on the floor as well as where you have to sit. I walked up to the desk and said hi and staff ignored me, (for quite some time) as I stood waiting right in front of them. No one even looked up! They then proceeded to act annoyed to have to help me and couldnt find my records. The receptionist audibly sighed when she had to call to have them faxed. The wait in the waiting room wasnt too bad, about 15 minutes, but then I sat in the exam room (where there is NOTHING for little kids to do) for close to 45 minutes! I may have been able to look past all this if the visit with the doctor hadnt been THE WORST PART. Ive worked in customer service and believe its always better (and easier) to be polite and… respectful no matter what youre getting in return. Thats why being belittled with a total lack of respect by the doctor was just stunning! I have never had a pediatrician insult my parenting before. Amazingly it was after a display of complete incompetence. (I had to point out the problem myself, after the doctor had done the specific check for the exact issue.) Unfortunately, the other pediatrician who shares this practice is no better. I never experienced such overinflated ego in such a dingy little place. I wish I had listened to the other mothers and avoided this train wreck of an office.
