Dr. Naomi Levine Zilkha, MD

I contacted Dr. Zilkha through MDLIVE for my child that I suspected had pink eye. It was my first time using Telemedicine, so I didn't know what to expect. I was able to easily upload a picture of my child's eye so that Dr. Zilkha could review it. Her webside manner was wonderful, and she immediately put me at ease. She was able to electronically prescribe eye drops for my daughter, and I was able to pick them up that same night. She also wrote a wonderful summary of my visit that I was easily able to access. I highly recommend her!

As a first time mom, I had so many questions, and was so worried. Dr. Zilkha answered all my questions and spent so much time with me and my baby every time I came in. She followed up with me both on the phone and in the office. I would recommend her for all new moms!

Judgmental; rude; makes you feel isolated.

I went to get my physical before college and there was a wait at my PCP's, so I decided to make my appointment with my pediatrician because I was 17. I used to see Dr. Agulneck and later Dr. Swersky. I had never seen her before. She was rude, talked down to me, and commented on what she called "profound weight gain," even though I had been painfully thin before and began exercising more regularly to build muscle and eating a bit more to get to a healthy weight. I had expected her to say something because I had finally accomplished what Dr. Swersky and I had been discussing for 4 years. When she gave me my meningitis shot, she told me, "it's a quick Owie," which would have been great had I a) been 3 or b) never have had a shot before. I'm so glad that I was already seeing an internist because faced with either going back to her or not having a doctor, I would have picked the latter.

She treats my kids as if they were her own!

Dr Zilka's bedside manner is different from other doctors, but she is very smart. When I needed her because my daughter had to be hospitalized for dehydration she was there. She called the hospital to speak to me directly and to verify that I felt comfortable with the doctors. She called my home a few days later to check on my daughter and me. She might not be the "fun" doctor, but I trust her medical advise !

Dr. Zilkha is great with my kids. I recommend her to all my friends

Not comforting, makes you feel isolated, everything is a BIG DEAL, even when its nothing. Not the best doctor for a new mother.
