Even though the website says they provide comprehensive pain management, they do not. It seems they only want to push procedures which they can charge a lot for. When I asked about options to take less narcotics I was told that they don't do that. I signed a pain contract with them that said they were the only ones who could prescribe pain meds (because I felt - who better than pain specialists to treat my pain?) When I ran out of meds because they had failed to communicate directions clearly they would not prescribe the meds I needed to control pain. I was even told that it was obvious that my pain was not in good control but because there was an actual reason for my pain that they couldn't fix, they wouldn't help me, I would have to just live with my pain until another doctor actually fixed the problem. Uncaring, cruel and unbelievable to know someone is in pain and then refuse to help them.
