Dr Narcisa E Murillo

Started with person on phone who didn't know how to accurately set up appointments. Then I had to wait 3 hours in a waiting room blasting soap operas from the tv while and another person waiting watched a different soap opera off their phone and top volume. The visit itself was only two minutes with the doctor. And then 2 minute blood draw from the idiot Socrates in a dirty unsanitary room. Then they filed the claim wrong with the insurance and refused to fix their own mistake.

I called the office to schedule an appt, the receptionist asked for my insurance and told me to come in between 3 -5pm. I found it weird that they did not ask for my phone number to follow up or to confirm. I asked thr receptionist if she needed my number and then she took it. I showed up to my apt 15 mins early since it was my first time going there. No one was at the front desk. I heard people talking in the back and then someone came to the front about 20 mins later and said they will give me paperwork since it was my first time. I waited almost an hour!!! I decided to leave the office. Why would the staff not give paperwork before leaving me to wait so much extra time? I felt that is was unprofessional.

She is a very good doctor, professional, and educated.
