I had a scary vision event where I thought I was going blind! Saw sparkles, spots, and an arcing white line filled with cross-hatches with overall sensation of a neon light about to burn out. It was late on a Friday and I didn't have an eye doctor at all. So three offices I called all referred me to Dr. Patel as their "ON CALL" retina doctor. Dr. Patel's office told me to come right over and he examined my retinas within an hour to be sure what was going on. Fortunately, my retinas were okay, but I was experiencing an ocular migraine which is very scary if you never had one before! I really liked Dr. Patel and his staff. I could have used a few more soothing, encouraging words to calm me down, but I really appreciate Dr. Patel's professional abilities and willingness to see me immediately! Very grateful to him.

Always professional, but not intimidating. Takes time to thoroughly examine and explain what is going on. Doesn’t rush to do surgeries, instead explains and watches to be sure, if and when it should be done. Then it is discussed, and leaves it to the patient to decide. With out pressure. The staff is friendly and efficient

Dr Patel saw my 88 year old mom and was so patient, attentive an gentle with her. He is the absolute best!

Dr. Nick Patel is the most caring Doctor I have ever had the opportunity to go to. He got me in ASAP after I thought I torn my retina after my dog jumped into my eye socket with his nose. Dr. Patel not only treated me the that day but made me come back two more times 2- 4 weeks apart to make sure there was no after damage to my eye. We will sit there for 10-15 minutes in his office just to discuss family's and life's issues. A truly compassionate and caring Doctor who listens to you and cares about you! God Bless!
