Shocking Overcharge for a Brief Visit - A Cautionary Tale Our encounter with Dr. Narendra Singh was a nightmare of deceit and financial exploitation. Assured by Dr. Singh that our insurance would cover the costs, we were blindsided by a staggering $2325 bill for a Holter device - outrageously inflated compared to the average cost of $888 for CPT code 93229. This exorbitant charge stemmed from a mere 15-minute consultation. What followed was a Kafkaesque ordeal. The billing department was a black hole, unresponsive and elusive, turning a deaf ear to our repeated pleas for clarification. The office management was equally unhelpful, shrugging off our concerns with an air of indifference. The doctor’s promise of daily billing for the device turned out to be a hollow one, as we used it for less than three days. We were subjected to a cruel game of billing roulette, with our efforts to resolve the issue met with stonewalling and silence. This practice not only lacked transparency but also… showed a blatant disregard for patient welfare and ethical billing practices. Prospective patients, be warned: you might walk into this office for a simple check-up but leave trapped in a financial nightmare with no end in sight.

Dr Singh has been mu cardiologist for almost 10 years. I have found he is one of the best physicians I have ever me. He communicates very effectively without being overly pedagogical, he always manages to patiently answer any questions I may have. His staff are courteous, professional and efficient. He uses many tools to communicate and educate his patients. I Can't recommend Dr. Singh too highly.

Dr. Singh runs the most efficient medical office I have ever experienced. He and his staff are knowledgeable and prompt. Wait times are something every office, medical or otherwise, should aspire to.

Dr. Singh ordered testing that I could not afford using my insurance. I found an office that would do the testing for private pay at a much lower cost, over 50% lower. I called Dr. Singh's office and they would not send my order to their competitor, their words and told me that they would prepare their records for me if I wanted to switch doctors. I felt very shocked that a doctor that I wanted to stay with would put money above my health. I will never recommend him or his office to anyone. I work for a doctor and I will not recommend him to our patients either.

My wife and I are patients of Dr. Singh, and we highly recommend him to our friends and relatives. He is extremely professional, friendly and very caring. We have been patients of Dr. Singh for several years and could not be more pleased. We would be remiss if we would not also mention the professionalism of Dr. Singh's staff. From the moment you are greeted by the receptionist, and then seen by his nursing staff, and ultimately Dr. Singh - you know you are in good hands. Simply said - this is an excellent practice!
