From Darlene to jo to Dr patel, this place is fantastic. Very caring and compassionate. They know me when I walk in the door and usually wait about 2 minutes to get in. Flu season takes longer as does anywhere else. While here I am grayed with respect and Dr patel and Jo will talk with me as long as necessary to make sure I understand everything. I recommend him to everyone!

I have been a patient of Dr Narendrakunar Patel, and in those years I have never had a problem with any health issues. Two years ago I told the good Doctor of a numbness in my toes, he recommended nothing. Every time I went to him I informed him of the issue. On this visit I told him I had a hard time putting on my shoes and was in pain. I completed the blood work he recommended a week ago they got the results and the Doctor never called me. I called the office and reached the receptionist. I asked her when I would get a call regarding the results of my blood work this receptionist with no medical training pulled my file and told me I was Diabetic. I called back and spoke to a nurse practitioner who informed me I was not Diabetic and the receptionist Amanda was not qualified to read my results. This morning I received a call from Amanda with the results of my MRI and told me I should see a neurosurgeon, the same receptionist that told me I was a Diabetic. She did… not give me any results or a reason for the Doctors recommendation. I have filed a complaint with two state medical agencies and my health care provider. My issue is under investigation. I am in pain and cant get my shoes on over the swelling and the GOOD Doctor does not seem to care. At this time I am waiting for my medical records so I can select a new Doctor.

Phone numbers are incorrect to contact this doctor. Also, lax supervision of employees, incompetence of employees, failure to provide doctor's instructions for follow-ups, appointments, tests, etc. Not impressed at all. I could consider this office as a "clinic" --if u have a sore throat, bad cold, etc. -- ok complete care and supervision of patient -- not ok

Dr. IS/WAS GREAT as long as you're NOT dealing with office!!!!!!!!!

Expect to wait at least 30 to 60 minutes, but it is well worth it! He is very knowledgeable, pleasant and a pleasure to speak with. He listens and gives you objective advice. He does not intimidate you as some doctors do. He also is very amenable to keeping your medication costs down. I am very happy to be his patient.

He's has always been there when I've been hospitalized and has ensured that I get the best quality care... In all my years he is the best Doctor I have ever had....

This doctor twice lost the death certificate for my Aunt, thereby delaying her burial for more than two weeks. His carelessness has been really hard on my family. We cannot have a funeral or lay my aunt to rest without a death certificate. It is very irresponsible and careless of this doctor to unnecessarily delay a family's greiving!
