Dr. Naresh Agarwal, MD

I have been his patient for many years. Dr. Agarwal has an excellent bedside manner, very very professional, caring and listens to his patients. Treats you with the utmost respect and kindness. We are our best advocate when it comes to our own health, and he appreciates this and listens well to you. Together, he and his patient, work together after his recommendation for the best outcome.

I gave a 2 star bcuz I am unsure of the doctor & his attributes. I had a new patient appt that was set up 2 months prior (no earlier appts & no cancelations). I checked in 5 min prior to appt and sat in the EMPTY waiting room for 30 minutes, right in front of the receptionist (never occured to her to check on what is taking so long or notify me). I asked how much longer bcuz I had to go back to work. She went to check on the Dr. He apparently had something else come up and was not available. It would "probably be another 45 min." I had to go back to work. So I waited 2 months, so that I could wait another 30 min, so that I could wait another 45 min, so maybe I could be seen. Horribly unprofessional.

This doc diagnosed a nasty illness that my last doc totally missed. It would be nice if he would spend a little more time in the exam room. The office is very clean and professional, The staff is helpful and the nurses return calls quickly.

GREAT DOCTOR, ONLY WISH HE STILL WENT TO THE HOSPITAL. I MISS HAVING MY OWN DOCTOR, TAKING CARE OF ME. REALLY DON'T CARE FOR THE DOCTORS EMPLOYED BY THE HOSPITAL.
