Dr. Nargess Kaviani, MD

Dr. Kaviani was patient and asked a lot of questions. She related to some of the issues I was having and suggested some things to do differently. If she didn't have an answer, she made sure to send me to someone that could help.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Kaviani. After much difficulty scheduling an appointment, it ended up being very brief in which she was brusk, condescending, and did not listen to me or my concerns. She cancelled my second appointment without an excuse and no follow-up was ever given. There are more supportive, nice endocrinologists in the area, try them.

It was not easy to make an appointment with her, since her schedule is jam-packed. In our first, very brief appointment, she was patronizing and briskly ran through all of the things she thought about me without letting me give any input. If you want a compassionate, nice doctor, she is not the one for you. If you do not need niceties, then you may find her brusk style acceptable. The staff was really lovely though.
