I went in for a tick bite, the receptionist told me what my co pay was and when I tried to tell her different she said no its this amt or you wont be seen, Well my insurance paperwork came back guess who was right with the amt of copay. Plus the PA I saw kept laughing not at me but at what she was saying I think I barley understood what she was telling me.

Absolutely horrible. He is rude , I was not properly treated and could of died due to their in accurate diagnosis

FIRST RED FLAG: Went a few days before appt, asked for new patient forms, so I could do them. Tried to hand them in. Was told they wouldn't accept them until my appt... they tend to loose them. SECOND: I couldn't reach them via telephone, you have to call, leave a number. I teach during the day, so that didn't work. THIRD: They called about the release form I requested to send info to the new dr I was going to see. They need me to come in and get it because they aren't being paid for the STAMPS!!!!

I made an appointment the day before and they took me in right away after I got there. Dr. Grover is a very good person and doctor. I was out in 30 min. Service is quick.

The receptionist Jen is very cold on responding to questions on call.
