Thank you to Dr. Narine for always taking such great care of me and my family. She really takes her time with each patient to makes sure everyone gets the best medical attention. Unparalleled service and treats everyone with so much respect. I'm grateful to have her as my doctor. Thank you so so much.

Dr. Narine Arutyounian made me wait for over two hours though I arrived on time, while I saw her seeing other patients, who were Armenian, who came after me. The doctor is very rude, arrogant, came across as a racist against colored people, and has a bias against medicaid patients. The staff is negligent, disorganized; messed up my referrals. I had to call many times to find out about test results for blood work. I called about four times over a period of two weeks and they said they didn't have the results yet, while the lab kept telling me that they already sent them. The fifth time I called they said they had the results but the doctor had not yet reviewed them. Another three weeks passed, despite my repeated calls to inquire if the doctor had reviewed the results. In the meantime, I had already setup an online account for the lab and saw the results myself and interpreted them by researching online. All this negligence despite the doctor telling me during the first visit… that my symptoms indicated there could be something serious going on in my body, hence the detailed blood work. After a few months of stress being with this doctor, I decided to get rid of her and got a new doctor. I wish I get the time to file a formal complaint against her because I found her negligent to the point of potential criminality. Also, for you to be treated with even an ounce of dignity, please go to this doctor only if you are an Armenian or White. This doctor is a racist. She doesn't even bother to make much effort to hide it.

Dr. Arutyounian is one of the most knowledgeable, practical and caring providers. She is professional and caring. Thank you doctor for taking such good care of my sister.

Anyone who has the audacity to criticize a Doctor with this much skill, care, and compassion is out of their minds. Take it from me (somebody who can put a grammatically correct sentence together and does not have an elementary vocabulary), instead of people who seem to complain about irrelevant issues. When you go see a Doctor, you should be expecting only a few things: experience, professionalism, care, and skill. Nothing else should really partake in your opinion. Not insurance, not your unreasonable desire for constant unrealistic responses. All that should concern you is that the Doctor is ethical and ready to serve her patients with diligence and care. I can assure you, Dr. Arutyounian does just this.

There are also no words to express our gratitude for Dr. Narine Arutyounian. I have never experienced such professional and devoted care from a medical provider. I soon came to find out that Dr. Arutyounian treats each and every one of her patients with individuality, empathy, and care. She places the comfort and health of her patients first and is probably the most professional and punctual Doctor I have ever met. This Doctor deserves all of the awards that are possibly given out because if it weren't for her, we would never have received the utmost care, comfort and best possible results (for our situation) for our loved one. Thank you, Doctor, for being so compassionate and for truly being devoted to your practice and patients.

First I would like to say about the office of workers, these are inept and people who do not want to help patients. About the doctor left a terrible impression. Firstly, she made me wait for almost two hours of my appointment, secondly, I was deeply not a professional person, but most importantly, I was ? bill for services that were not provided to me !!! These people are scammers !!
