Dr. Naseer Ahmad, MD

New patient. Dr. Ahmad seems to be very interested in helping you get on track with your medications, lifestyle changes. I was very pleased with the way my appointment went - looking forward to continuing with him. Very pleasant person.

I've been under the care of Dr Ahmad for a year now. What I feel he has done right is diagnosing my problem and choosing to put me on life-long medication to care for my thyroid. As I understand, my condition is met with two different camps of treatment and I feel like Dr Ahmad is taking me down the right one. That is the most important thing for me. I also feel like his staff is very courteous and tries to accommodate. The downside is the wait times. It doesn't matter if I get to the office early or late, there's always a long wait to get to the back office and then again for the doctor to arrive. If I plan for it, it isn't so bad. As for his bedside manner, I find it a bit quirky but not to a fault. He's thorough in his questions. The only major concern I have is that I'd prefer more information on dietary and lifestyle changes from his office rather than solely relying on meds. There's so much I've done on my own research to alleviate my condition with dietary changes which could… have been easily gotten from him as a source.

Dr. Ahmad lacked bedside manners. As a matter of fact, he was rather sarcastic in his response to my reluctancy to switch from Armour Thyroid to Synthroid as he suggested. I'd hoped that Dr. Ahmad was a doctor that I could establish a longterm patient/doc relationship. Unfortunately, my search for a good doctor continues.

Very personable, compassionate care doctor. I have been seeing him for (15) years & my diabities is totally under control. He knows what he is doing
