Worst doctors appointment of my life. I have never met with a doctor so uncaring and rude. It took months to work up the courage to schedule an appointment due to my anxiety. He told me I was making his job difficult as I have trouble having my throat examined. He didn't listen to my concerns and also told me I wouldn't be able to handle the surgery. I left the appointment in tears and shock. Looking at reviews I now realize many people have had a similar experience.

Dr. Bhatti spent less than 10 minutes with me. He was rude, lacked empathy, and seemed fruatrated that I was there. For example, he did not ask if the numbing spray was working prior to shoving a scope up my nose. It was uncomfortable. Instead of asking if I was okay, he kept telling me I was making his job harder. At one point he said, 'Can you try to breath up your nose!' I will never go back.

Classic example of a bad doctor with good credentials. Stay away. Very uncaring & selfish. Staff is even worse. Will never follow up or return your calls in a timely manner. Worst doctor experience of my life. Doing some research on the web also revealed hundreds of similar complaints. Classic case of the Doc who became a doctor for money & prestige, not Patient Care.

I had a chronic sore throat for 5 years. I was diagnosed everything concieveable Surgery for reflux b , sleep apnea ect . Saw probably25 doctors. Dr bhatti found cancer in 10 days. Treatment began immediately. No more sore throat. Cancer free

I am a huge fan of JHM but this doctor is no good. I had an apt with him for a very serious condition - check swelling with black eyes - and he did not have an immediate answer and did not know what to do. I strongly suggested he run additional tests so he said go get a ct scan with contrast. he never called me back so I kept calling the office and they lost the results. then he finally figured out he had them all along. then he said the ct scan did not show anything and to come back for another visit - I live 3 hours away. I said what are you going to check for if I come back. he said he didn't know!! I said why would I drive 3 hours to meet with you for you to tell me you don't know anything. I asked if he was going to run blood tests or could think of anything else. he said go see a neurologist for some condition that I had ZERO symptoms for. I asked him if he would talk with his colleagues in the dept or do a grand round and he said no my problem was not serious. I spent… 2 weeks googling and applying common sense without a medical degree and figured out it was most likely (still need to be tested) Zygomatic abscess as a complication of otitis media and that the dept to see for this was his dept.
