Dr. Nasir Ramin, MD

Ignored everything I said. I suffer from migraine headaches and my long term doctor recently retired. Went to Dr. Ramin in hopes of finding a new doctor and getting my multiple migraine prescriptions renewed. Ramin just said words to the effect of, "These prescription do not treat migraines and left it at that." He also refused to provide an alternative treatment plan. I even brought evidence of having been on these migraine medications for years. The entire visit was totally pointless! His office also attempted to charge me almost twice as much as the agreed amount by later sending me a bill for an additional almost 100% of the total I already paid. When I called his office to complain they did remove the bill.

The staff: Not compentent at all. Have no knowledge about computer or office related matters. Doctor: very judgemental/ rude and unprofesssional. Will mever go back to this office.

Absolute worst doctor experience I have ever had. Ramin has no concern whatsoever for his patients well being, he is argumentative, and contemptable. His picture above is the only time I have ever seen him smile. His only concern is getting paid. His practice which he bought from a well established American doctor is his only experience. His diagnosis relies solely on his little computer, not his acquired skills from experience and education, which seem to be nonexistent. He's quick to administer whatever prescriptions big pharma is advising and offers no treatment plan in the event of a severe illness, other than follow up appointments which he can cash in on. His staff are ridiculously untrained, unprofessional, uncaring and nearly illiterate. Do not expect compassion, sympathy or caring of any type from Ramin or his staff, do not expect a follow up or wellness call, ever. Expect to be rushed, condescended to, and put out. This has to be the absolute worst medical practice in VA,… save yourself the frustration, avoid this man, he is no doctor.

All of the 5 star reviews must be plants, as this guy is no professional. He doesn't care what you had to eat, what is your lifestyle, or ANYthing about you. Rush, rush, rush, hurry in, hurry out, that is all. Bedside manner is nonexistent, rush, rush, rush. His staff are very young trainees and students, not professionals. Expect to go home with bruises if giving blood. Expect doctor to forget everything about you, even though he records it on his little pad. Ross Medical School? Don't waste time here, find someone better.

Have been a patient for 4 years, this doctor injects his own view and opinions and expect you too follow them. Tired of repeating myself to him, he orders test that are not in conjunction with the purpose of visit. He is very condesending. He holds you hostage by not having medication refilled until tests that he ordered is completed. Meet with another physican and was told by current physician, that the test he is ordering has nothing to do with the symptoms I'm having. She was concerned as to his reason for being so adament. He is so uninterested in helping patients. Only interested in perpetuating his beliefs. As I read the reviews I saw there was a review on here listed as "HACK" where he got sick of explaining the same symptoms while he skimmed passed records and acted like he was aware while I reminded him of things. I went through the same thing with him. I find it hard that others don't have a problem. And oh by the way, I don't think he has a high regard for the… female population, I say this because of how he communicates with me as a female.

Dr Nasir Ramin is not only one of my Magnificent 7 he's also a Doctor that cares about your well being.
