Dr. Nasreen Nasim Battla, MD

My daughter absolutely loves her. Dr. Battla interacts with my daughter as if she's her own which is comforting. She gently minimizes your worry. Amazing.

This doctor was raved to me by my friends. We decided to switch to this doctor last year. I have been very disappointed. Actually only met her once and have seen Teresa every other time. I find her work schedule very inconvenient. She's only in the office Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. You can only make same-day appointments which is only great for those who are sick. We will be looking for a new doctor unfortunately.

Dr Battla and all of her office staff are amazing. There is always a doctor on call. For any sick visits or questions you can see/talk to someone the same day. They are wonderful!

Our family always loved Dr. Battla. However, lately we have been very disappointed. I think she may be in retirement mode, which is fine...but she needs to come out and tell her patients such. We've been going there for over 15 years, but most of the visits are now with Theresa (NP) and not Dr. Battla. We do not like Theresa. I don't really trust she knows what she's doing and she used the word "crap" in front of my son. Not the worst word in the world, but inappropriate in front of a child/patient. For my son's last physical we were told that Dr. Battla would be in a few minutes to see him. In walked Theresa and we never saw Dr. Battla. It was like a bait and switch. My son was diagnosed with Autism last fall and she has never seen him since, talked to us when we were in the office for sick visits or followed up with us in any way. Very disappointing. I have recommended several friends who's children now go there and I feel bad. I will no longer recommend her. I have… switched my daughter to another doctor and will likely do so with my son soon. BTW...my ratings are based on Theresa, since we never see Dr. B anymore.

I always liked Dr. Battla and felt that she didn't over-medicate, she took her time at the visits and I felt that she did what was best for my daughter who has always been healthly. Then we needed an appointment for a lump she had on her toe that would not go away. I tried to make an appointment but the office said I could either wait until her annual exam (seven months later) or I had to come in that afternoon at 2pm, there were no options to make an appointment for another day. So I had to take time off work and drive 30 minutes to pick my daughter up from school early. The remedy she suggested did not work so I called a new doctor who had never seen my daughter before and was able to make an appointment for three days later (when it was convenient for me) This new doctor's office is great about allowing appointments to be made when we need to see her. My daughter had been a patient of Dr. Battla's for 11 years and we always were on time for appointments and always paid right… away. I am very disappointed in Dr. Battla not allowing us to make an appointment when there was a problem.

We have been taking all of our kids to Dr Battla since they were born and she has been wonderful! She was recommended to me by a friend with older kids and now I recommend her to people too.

I think Dr. Battla is great! I wish she was a general practitioner so she could be my doctor too! She's great with the kids and very practical. Not one to prescribe unnecissarily or to order expensive tests. Make your school physical appointments early, though. It was hard to get an appointment this year.
