Dr. Nasri Naguib Ghaly, MD

Dr. Ghaly saved my life. I have known him as a patient for many years. He is kind and caring. He really listens. I don’t talk to him much now because I am honestly better. But I really miss talking to him.

Dr. ghaly - Compassionate, caring! Always listens, I have been to a few other doctors in my life time and Dr. Ghaly has by far exceeded my expectations. Staff - Great staff, help with any insurance issues, and work with me on my schedule and billing concerns.

My experience here has been amazing, I received ECT and it has made a huge difference in my life! It was a great experience and everyone surrounding the treatment was amazing. Dr. Ghaly has been on top of my symptoms and treatment outside of ECT and continues to be proactive. I am also very happy with his NP's many have reached out to me when there is an issue going on to see how I am doing. A few other doctors in the area that I see also highly recommend doctor Ghaly and his staff, he is very well liked by his peers! I would highly recommend Dr. Ghaly and his staff for your treatment needs!

My care was good until I refused further ECT treatments with Dr. Nasri Ghaly. I became permanently disabled after my last ECT treatment. He continually dismissed my new symptoms. Years later, I left because I felt my care under him and his new NP was no longer safe. I had been through 3 NPs/PAs prior because they kept leaving his practice. 2 new psychiatrists I have consulted have said his medication management was dangerous. One doctor did not even feel comfortable writing my script for me as it was written. Now, my disabilities are being recognized so I can heal and learn to live with them. Beware this practice.

Dr.Ghaly is amazing. Although I haven’t found a treatment right for me yet.. he’s never gave up. I’ve done ECT with him, and currently a psychiatric patient of his. Honestly his smile and ambition are wonderful.

This man was sent to me by God ! I know Dr. Ghaly doesn’t even know it yet . I’m to scared to tell him . Afraid he’d lock me up ! I’ve been praying for someone to help me for sooooooooo long ! I had given up . I was ready . Dr. Ghaly was my very last effort & believe me , I’d tried them all ! As soon as I saw his face & he said hello , I felt like a 1,000 lbs. just rolled off my back & hit the floor hard ! I smiled back & said hello ,”Nice to meet you “ & in my mind I was saying ”Thank You God , Thank You God !! & breathed the biggest sigh of relief I can ever remember ! It felt like an hour , but I’m sure it was only a few pleasant moments ,that I forgot why I was there !What a terrific man & a Fabulous Doctor! I will not let him go , if I have to starve to death ! Lol

This physician exemplifies the very definition of the hippocratic oath and is personally responsible for saving my life.

He is all the above. One in a million. Guess what? He believes he should have actual answers for patients who have suffered long and wasted years. Thank God!

Dr. Ghaly is the most competent psychiatrist I've ever spoken with.The only problem I have with him is that he doesn't (or simply refuses to) take my insurance. Everything comes down to money & perhaps that's his only concern?Also his office staff makes it impossible to contact, or leave a message for, Dr. Ghaly. The staff never returns phone calls either.I suffer from very serious major depression and have yet to find a competent psychiatrist to treat it.I've spoken with Dr. Ghaly on two occasions at CPEP and was truly impressed with his knowledge about new cutting-edge treatments for people like me that have treatment resistant depression.After speaking with him I FINALLY had hope that my debilitating depression could/would be treated & that he'd accept me as a patient in his in his private practice. Sadly I was wrong. He is a kind and caring psychiatrist and those that are his patients are truly fortunate to have him as their Dr.; I simply wish I was as fortunate.I think about… suicide virtually every day & the whole situation is hopeless.

Dr. Ghaly is one of the best dr.'s I have ever seen. He is very caring, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need.
