WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and NO APOLOGIES! THEY DON'T CARE OR VALUE THEIR PATIENT'S TIME. My mom have been seeing Dr. Manji and his office for 3+ years. Today, 2/24/2025, my mom had a follow up appt for her colonoscopy results with his PA. We got there 15 mins early. The place was EMPTY, we were the only one in the waiting area. For some reason, they didn't have the results and had us sign a consent record release form. We signed it, they faxed it over to Methodist. 15-20 mins later we're STILL waiting. NO ONE from his office acknowledge us or even check up on the fax to update us, if it went thru or not. I had to go up to the counter and ask them, all they can say is they're still waiting for Methodist. I got frustrated and had to initiate a phone call to Methodist myself to see if they received the signed form. Dr. Manji's office finally got the fax. So I'm thinking that's great, we'll be called in soon, NOPE I WAS WRONG. They had us… waiting even more! So by this time, my mom and I have been at the office for more than an hour. I finally got up and ask them to just cancel the appt. When I requested that, they hurried up, check on it told and us the PA was going to call us in. I MEAN, WHY WAS IT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO TAKE ACTION AND WANTING TO CANCEL FOR THEM TO CALL US IN? COME ON! WHERE IS CUSTOMER (PATIENT) SERVICE HERE? I asked to speak with the Dr and was told he was at the hospital.The PA got my story and passed it down to him. When he called me, he DIDN'T EVEN APOLOGIZED OR WASN'T EVEN UNDERSTANDING. HE DIDN'T THINK HIS STAFF DID ANYTHING WRONG AND THINKS THEY DID THEIR JOB CORRECTLY. LOL. HE ALSO WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL over the phone. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE BE COMING BACK.

Dr. Nasrullah Manji - an Excellent GI Specialist Dr. Manji is a highly experienced GI specialist. His humorous attitude and easy going bedside manner are a rare characteristics for a doctor! Taking the patient from the waiting-room to the examine-room by Dr. Manji himself, instead of one of his staff, is a pleasant difference between his office and all other doctor offices. His staff are all nice people. However, it seems that one of his front office staff has worked there for a long time! Before she is burned out completely, this gentle lady named H**** needs to retire and take a long vacation that she deserves. She should vacant the seat for a more energetic and patient sympathetic employee.

Years ago doctors took time with patients. Now a days even those independently owned are rushing through with patients. On our first visit Dr Manji took time with me asked questions and explained things. Since then rush in and out no explanations. Leaves me full of questions and wondering if I need to go back or find someone else

Dr Manji is an amazingly awesome gastroenterologist who is one of the best in his field. He is definitely my go to Dr for my diverticulitis issues! Thank you so much doctor

Dr. Manji has been Ruths and my doctor over 10 years just recently Ruth had two bleeding ulcers and Dr. Manji fixed her up good as new. Dr. Manji has been treating me for my Barrett’s esophagus and giving me my colonoscopies when needed and Ruth also, Dr. Manji is a class act caring, understanding, listens to what you have to say and fixes the problem in a timely and orderly fashion. if you want the best gastroenterologist just call Dr. Manji

I had been putting up a colonoscopy for 10 years and after having gone through the experience with Dr. Nanji my fears are completely unfounded.

Dr. Manji is “The Best Doctor” I’ve ever had! He’s been my doctor for about 20 years. He is caring, he listens, and best - he is professional, knowledgeable, and he makes me know that all will be well. Also, his staff is as caring and wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Manji!!!
