Dr. Nasser Eldien Borai, MD

10 years now since I have been diagnosed with my serious disease, Dr. Nasser who diagnose, treat, direct and follow up me, Needless to say how care, professional, cleaver doctor he is. He is such a great human physician, I owe my life to God and him. Dr. Borai, I am writing to thank you and your entire staff for the excellent care, I really feel home and between my family when I’m in your office, it is a top-notched oncology facility

Let me start off by saying that my mother saw Dr. Borai in the hospital at Atlanticare for a hematology issue she was having. He came in the room and briefly introduced himself to her, but had his back to us the entire time. I have been a registered nurse for over 20+ years at Cooper Hospital and had a few questions concerning my mothers condition. He acted as though he was too busy and in a hurry, gave us an attitude as if we weren't important. He said he would be back, left the room and did not return her entire stay. I asked a few nurse friends in the area their opinion of him and all of them said to stay away. But despite our better judgement, my mother still made the appointment to follow up with him at his office when she got out of the hospital. On that day, I was available to take her. We had trouble finding the office so I called from the Bluetooth in my car. A lady answered but I'm not sure what her name was because she sounded like she was chewing a mouth full of food... I… said "Hi I'm trying to find your office but I think I went too far down Jimmie Leeds Rd. Roughly where are you located?" ... She said "Across from the hospital!" And hung up on me. I pulled over, re-entered the address in my GPS and turned around. Pulling up to the building, I could not believe my eyes. My mother even said "Oh My"... There was a protestor!!!! Yes you read this correctly. Someone holding a sign with Dr. Borai's name... Protesting out front of his office! What kind of doctor has protestors? I parked, got out and spoke to the lady and she gave me an earful. Basically her sick father came to him and ended up passing away. I hopped back into my car and pulled out of the parking lot so fast. I ended up taking my mother to a very professional hematologist in Camden County and she is doing great now! I had my doubts about this doctor from the start. I would not recommend him to anyone. His lack of courtesy and professionalism in the hospital was one thing, but a protestor?!? No way! Look elsewhere before considering this place.

I would have had better treatment in a 3rd world country. This guy is seriously lacking bedside manner. He was in the room with me for literally 2 minutes. His employees are unprofessional and rude. The office manager wouldn't even get up from her desk when an issue came up with my file. She yelled from her office to the receptionist who was talking to me. The bathroom was disgusting with rings in the toilet. All the money this guy makes and he can't hire a professional to scrub the toilet? He needs to go back to where he came from and practice there.

Have recently begun visits to this office with my recently diagnosed father. The staff treat you like you are the only patients in a room full of people. The never fail to smile, possess much patience and understanding-not oft seen in this day and age. Dr. Borai is a professional, clearly cares about his patients. Is well spoken but a gentle with his words. When you are dealing with Cancer on any level, tact and understanding is more than appreciated-it's key to good care across the board.
