My experience with this provider was very disappointing. At the beginning of the appointment, things seemed fine, but as the session went on I felt increasingly uncomfortable with the way I was being spoken to and the overall tone of the interaction. The provider repeatedly used terms of address that felt overly familiar and unprofessional, which made me uneasy. When I mentioned that I sometimes record my health visits for my own notes and personal reference, the provider reacted very negatively. Instead of discussing it calmly, the appointment was cut short and I was asked to leave. I was surprised by how quickly the situation escalated, especially since I had only brought it up as a way to help myself keep track of important details. I also tried to explain that taking notes by hand during a long appointment is difficult for me because of anxiety and attention issues. Rather than offering understanding or alternatives, my concerns were dismissed outright. This left me feeling… unheard and disrespected. Overall, I left the office feeling shaken and unsupported. I believe that a healthcare provider should create a safe, respectful environment where patients feel comfortable sharing their needs. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Based on how I was treated, I cannot recommend this provider.
