Great visit

I wish there was a rating that was less than one star. I have never seen a doctor so lacking in empathy, so dismissive. She was on-call on a weekend when we called the medical group because my husband was very sick with Covid and needed help to get approved for the prescribed drugs. She barely even listened, had not even cared to find out about my husband's serious health issues, gave wrong information on having us go to an Urgent care without even knowing that the Urgent care does not provide the prescription drugs. It is pure luck that we called ahead and found this out. If she is busy on weekends, then she should not be on-call. She has a responsibility to patients in guiding them correctly and helping them receive the proper treatment. I would also hold the El Camino Medical Group responsible for such poor experience and not coaching their doctors properly.

Had a referral to her as a Russian-speaking doctor, and it turned out that she does not accept Russian-speaking patients, even though she speaks Russian. She also did not allow an interpreter to translate for me. When I made an appointment nobody told me in advance that she does not accept Russian-speaking patients. I wasted half of the day driving from another town.

I can’t recommend the doctor Natalia, she doesn’t renew medicines, that is, as a therapist she doesn’t fulfill her duties, you will find out about this by chance when you don’t have medicines, and she won’t renew them!

She diagnosed me with appendicitis but didn’t take it out in her office! She still sent me to the hospital where I had to wait till midnight for operation room! Seriously? Why you diagnose something that you can’t treat????? Just sent to hospital right away! Well, at least she didn’t sent me home to take Tylenol that I was planning to do! So after all I am thankful that she saved my life but rediculous that she couldn’t take appendix in her office! That would save me time and money!

Saw Dr A a few days ago. Her nurse Melanie and DrA were very kind. After all the blood work and scans, I was admitted to the hospital the same day. I am getting better now.

Spent 20 second for the entire visit. I was literally continued speaking while she left the room. She doesn’t listen to you and didn’t care at all. This was by far the worse dr I have seen in my entire life

3.5 hour wait! Doctor was good. Sent me to ER and I went for surgery almost right away!

Does not listen. Prescribes high dosage with out any analysis. Worst doctor in my experience.
