Inexperienced provider and fearful to provide care to more elderly frail patients, which is ironic since her specialty, by its nature should be well versed in providing care for the frail and elderly . Or maybe she is just lazy and doesn't want to do the work. Or maybe she is both. While ECU Health is hemorrhaging money, this employee/provider turns patients away, her clinic empty of patients, her staff sitting idle, and the clinic overhead mounting, as no one is working to generate the income needed to cover the practice overhead. Doubt she will last long at ECU Health. Either cowardly or having no drive or incentive. Or both. If you or your family need an EMG/PNCV, beg your primary care doc to send you to a Neurologist and not this poor representative of a Physical Medicine and Reha provider.

Dr. Joliff is wonderful and professional. Dr. Joliff listened to my concerns and explained what she could do to relieve my pain and did she ever take care of my pain.

Dr. Joliff is great. She is a DO- an osteopathic doctor whose approach is more directed by each patient & their needs rather than a one size fits all approach like many other doctors. I was sent to her for a chronic pain condition. She quickly found some things that may be causing it and gave me options, which she explained very well. She spend a tremendous amount of time and effort on my behalf. Ultimately, I got very little relief and was thought to have fibromyalgia and sent elsewhere but she made sure I knew that if there was anything she could help with (the nerve blocks for my headaches did work well & I'll be seeing her again to receive them) not to hesitate to call. After being blown off by several doctors, it was a great relief to have one that would actually listen and ask specific questions, as well as look at options for me. I am grateful to have found her & highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor to treat them based on their needs rather than in a… general way.
