Showed up on time, checked in, waited over 25 minutes past my scheduled appointment. When I finally got in, the interaction felt extremely rushed—barely three minutes before the provider started wrapping things up. I brought up a few concerns that have been bothering me for a while, but was cut off mid-sentence more than once. They didn’t really explain anything, just tossed out a generic recommendation, scribbled something down, and left. No discussion, no follow-up plan, no real effort to understand what was going on. I wasn’t even sure if I was supposed to check out at the front desk or just leave. It all felt very procedural, like I was just a name on a checklist. Not expecting miracles, but I at least hoped for a basic level of attention. Definitely not returning.

I had Dr Nisevich-Laurie as my primary care doctor. My repeated concerns of back and hip pain, numbness, etc. were not taken seriously for years. Rather than getting an MRI or suggesting more serious investigation, she advised I just work on eating healthy. In multiple visits, she suggested adding chia seeds to all of my meals, as a treatment, thinking that lack of fiber and healthy lifestyle was causing most of my symptoms. I apparently didn't have enough symptoms to get an MRI. After an IUD falling out, an ultrasound was issued to see what the issue was, and coincidentally revealed a large tumor on my ovaries, causing symptoms of pain I had complained about for years. Shortly after, I changed insurance and found another primary care doctor completely. An MRI was immediately suggested due to the numbness I was experiencing on my left side. The new doctor was surprised I wasn't given an MRI sooner. A large tumor compressing my spinal cord, and the neurosurgeon was surprised I could… even walk! It was so large that it must have been growing for years. If you think you have something serious, do not go to this doctor. It also might not be completely her fault, but rather the pressure Kaiser Permanente puts on their doctors to under diagnose.

It was the worst experience in my life. She messed up my Mental medicine. And It’s been 3 days that I’m having panic attacks and I’m in bed. Can’t do nothing. Called their team everyday to get help. Nobody’s helping me. I’m still calling around for a Psychiatrist ?? She was late and also she didn’t even ask for my mental history. She is NOT professional. She doesn’t even pick up phone for her emergency client.

Dr. Nisevich is an amazing doctor! She is always trying to find a way to help and do everything that is in her hands in order to help with all the health issues that I am having. It's really rare to find a doctor as she is, especially in Kaiser. I really appreciate her willingness to help.

Just waited an hr in the waiting area. Gave up and left.

Dr Natasha was an excellent doctor to go to. She is nice, friendly, professional and seems highly qualified. I would recommend her to everyone.
