I feel the Dr. doesn’t respond to my questions regarding my dermatological problem in a clear manner. She rushes through the visit, not really closely examining the problem skin area. It is hard to understand her when she talks. I feel that I ‘m not getting all the answers I would like to have. Her exam is too rushed, and then she hands you over to her assistance.

Very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!

she definitely knows her stuff. However I felt she was never actually listening to me while I explained symptoms. She blatantly brushed off my questions and concerns. She put me on medicine I was very nervous about. I ask her if there are any side effects, she says no. I later google the drug and see a list of side effects. I get them all and become very sick. I pull up my file on the Tufts portal where an overview of the appointment is given. It says in the review that she "explained that the medication may cause headaches, nausea, dizziness, etc." She did no such thing. I feel lied to.
