Dr. Natalia Shapiro, MD

Amazing doctor! She is very attentive, caring and through, everything you want from your doctor. I feel lucky that I have her as my primary care doctor.

Dr. Shapiro's demeanor is cold and uncaring, sometimes her tone is even condescending. She dismisses a patients symptoms and brushes them off as if the patient just has to accept them and give up. My family member has complained for about two years of a persistent cough and have seen her at least 5 times for these symptoms. She dismissed them first as allergies. When allergy meds didn't work, she said it was asthma. When inhalers didn't work, she prescribed stronger inhalers. It still didn't work because that was not the problem! A family friend mentioned that the cough is a side effect of one of the blood pressure medications that Shapiro prescribed and when my family member stopped taking the medication, the cough stopped. How can she not even check this? It's like she didn't even try. What a shame! Find a different doctor because she won't care about you or your love ones.

Horrible doctor! She does not take the time to listen to your concerns. She does not give follow up advice. She talks over you. She is horrible!
