Natalie Arroyo

Natalie Arroyo is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She has worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and University clinics. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Exercise Science as well as a Master's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. She has completed her supervised internship at Yale New Haven Hospital, affiliated with Yale School of Medicine, where she logged over 2,000 hours of practice. She has worked with clients who have a variety of health concerns, including diabetes, gastrointestinal, heart disease, food allergies and intolerances, eating disorders, and general nutrition education. Natalie is passionate about helping her clients reach their health goals and strives to provide the most up-to-date evidence-based nutrition guidance. She uses her knowledge to help clients set realistic goals that they can attain while also getting the most out of their nutrition.
