Dr. Natalie Cekleniak, MD

Overall the staff and nurses were incredible. I just wish Dr. Cekleniak was more involved. I only heard from her when my cycles failed. Then when I finally got pregnant I never heard from her. I just kept hearing from the nurses.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years after I was diagnosed with endo at 30. This has been a hard road and I was really nervous about this appointment. She was really knowledgeable about my condition and put my husband and I at ease that there really is help out there for us. I'm lucky my tubes are open but with IVF that doesn't even matter. Really glad she will be our physician on this journey.

I would never recommend this doc or IRMS. They are only after your money. That is it. $$$. Not a person or couple, but $$$.

No warning and no follow up care when bad things happen.

Stay away from IRMS, I agree with all the comments on the patients that have commented on them. The finicae department especially susan is very rude, arrogant and never calls you for anything related to the insurance but keeps sending you the bill inspite of the insurance already approved of the whole process. Did 3 IUI and 2 IVf , all failed and all they said is everything is okie till then and after so many failed cycles said I am diagonized with DOR, crazy people stay away!

I had a very painful pelvic exam done by her. Not to mention how intrusive the exam is by itself, she managed to make is so painful, I'll never forget it. Once she put the speculum in I told her she pinched something and she should loosen it, she dismissed my complaint! and said all is good, nothing should hurt. Really?! you telling me you know better when I'm in pain? I wish I would just said no to the whole thing and walked out, cause I was in pain all that time that she was doing it. Plus the nurse was always on the background not busy with anything just looking. So invasive. Oh, and by the way, a note on their clinic - please don't go there. It's a conveyor belt. They do IVS - they get paid, do IVFs - get paid, repeat. They don't care why you're having difficulty getting pregnant, if it's not something very obvious, don't expect any additional testing, discussions, suggestions on what other labs, test, procedure you might need. Their approach is to do as many IVFs as possible,… one after one, even if you have a problem that will make IVFs unsuccessful till you fix it, they won't try to find out and fix it for you. I've done 2 IVFs with them and it turns out I didn't need one. The next doctor I saw did additional testing and vuala! I'm pregnant! Their billing office acts like greedy jerks too. They constantly messed up the invoices and called like a collection agency to bother us about their own mistakes. We paid to store the embryos and the clinic told us there's 85% chance of survival after the thaw as they select the best ones. However, one of the 2 embryos died. Maybe they should study math too? Unethical people, all of them there, Cekleniak put up pictures with her kids everywhere in the office as a strange way to connect with her infertile patients, but doesn't care if her patients ever have kids, disgrace to a profession, stay away.

This whole place is run like a factory. No personalised care. Forget about protocol reviews or even brief discussions. It is like a very expensive dart board game. I get that the outcome is what it is but there is absolutely no personal care. You are just a number and the appointments are mechanically scheduled as if part of a checklist. I have been to RMA as well and it is run no differently, however I did have better interaction with the doctor and nurse there. At IRMS every time a different person calls you with just the facts. They don't know anything about you so dont expect answers to your questions. Save your time and money. If you do go here then be prepared to be on top of everything. They just dont take care providing seriously.

When you first meet Dr. Cekleniak you will think she is really nice. But once you start the process of IVF you will never see her again. She will answer your emails. Don't expect a great bedside manner because she has none. I got pregnant through IVF and she never called to congratulate me. Unfortunately it ended in a miscarriage and she never once called me ..not even a follow up after I ended up having a painful miscarriage before I could be scheduled for a D&C. We went back and spent $10,000 on donor eggs since she said this was our only way to get pregnant....it didn't work and I have yet to hear from her. No compassion for her patients unless she is right in front of you.

Infertility is such a sensitive topic for my partner and me. For Dr. Cekleniak to be right by our side was a very rewarding experience. She took great care of us and was able to assist in every way possible. We're glad we choose this doctor for our care.

She is awful. Totally selfish and self absorbed. She spouts stats but doesn't tell the truth. When the going gets tough she will bail on you.
