It's absolutely ridiculous that I left a message for you to call me FIVE days ago, and I have yet to hear back. I called again today and was lied to; first they stated that you called me, and I hung up on you, then they said they tried calling & couldn't leave a message, the third story I got was that you told me to just make an appointment. Ironically, when I saw you a month ago, you told me to "call & follow up to let me know how this new medication is going". Apparently, I can't do that as your assistant was very combative with me on the phone, and never gave you my message! Very unprofessional.

I've been going to Dr. Demyan for eight years now and she is the best doctor I've ever had. She's smart about diagnosing problems and really listens to you. I've never felt rushed with her.

The Dr. is very professional. I find her very easy to talk to and if she can't find and answer to one of my questions she is very quick to look it up and if she can't handle it she refers you to a dr. with in the practice if there is one.

Staff is ok at desk, better in exam roomWait time for appt. to get in or be seen is great. Never feel rushed with my appt. Dr. listens and talks.

Dr. Demyan is thorough and quick to diagnose probems. She discusses things clearly and answers all questions. All in all - she is an excellent family doctor with a wide range of medical knowledge; and has a great, but no nonsense, bed-side manner.

If you tell her a symptom and she doesn't know what it is caused from, she simply says "I don't know" and that's the end of the conversation. She doesn't try to research it and follow up with you.

I have been very happy with Dr. Demyan. The office staff could be a little more on the ball - but the medical treatment has been just fine.
