I do not recommend. She is the worst doctor I’ve seen in my 34 years with Bronson. I was only a patient of hers for a short time but in that time her inexperience and poor judgment resulted in 2 emergency room visits.

I went to the woodbridge care center with my 4yr old. Promply was checked in and could barely get a chair and was called back to the exam room. After what seemed like only minutes Dr. Kelly came in and started the exam. I thought she used great judement and good reasons to back up her advice. I found her to be consertive in approch and I like that. found no reasons for meds and did not recomend them. Good work.

I saw Dr. Kelly at Borgess Immediate Care at Woodbridge. She had an attitude from the minute she walked into my room. She didn't introduce herself and had a scowl on her face the entire time I talked to her. This was a returning visit after having more symptoms arise after being seen the day before. I came back into the office to ensure I wasn't having any major lung or heart issues, as instructed by the physician who saw me the previous day. To prove to me that the diagnosis of a bruised or cracked rib was correct, she pushed on my rib hard as she explained that this was indeed a "skeletal issue." I cried out in pain and she continued to push on the rib. I honestly believe she inflicted pain on me not for diagnosis, but to prove a point. After she left the room, I ended up passing out from the pain. She was rude, mean, and unprofessional. I have never had a worse experience with a physician!

Dr. Kelly has been, by far, the most caring, considerate, personable doctor I have ever been to. I have no insurance, so finding an affordable doctor is a bit of a challenge. My initial visit was a walk-in appointment and to my surprise, I waited only a few minutes. I was having some issues with my medications, and Dr. Kelly was very compassionate. I had brought with me a print out of my meds from my pharmacy and my prior doctor, so there was no confusion, making my appointment smooth and easy. Dr. Kelly gave me some recommendations about my meds and suggestions which we later explored. She knew I didn't have insurance and did everything she could in order for me to receive my very expensive medication for FREE! At one visit in particular, Dr. Kelly sat with me well over an hour past closing, talking and consoling me. She also offered her private line for after hours, always promptly returning the call. Dr. Kelly's staff was amazing, all very nice and personable, I got to know each of… the girls very well and they always had great attitudes. Unfortunately, Dr. Kelly had to relocate to the west side and I will sadly miss her. By far, the BEST doctor I have ever seen. She worked with me so much, going above and beyond her normal "criteria of care". She has provided us with new "replacement" physicians, but Dr. Kelly is certainly irreplaceable. She and her lovely staff will be missed. Best of luck to you all!
