Dr. Natalie Leora-Denooyer Kroll, DO

Seems to have a difficult time listening to expressed concerns. Doesn't matter how many times you try. Acts almost conceded.

I had an excellent experience with her. From the time I walked in the door til the time I left.

I had a horrible experience with Dr Natalie Kroll - absolutely no interest in spending time, no bedside manners, had to be called multiple times during my labor and she came in sleepy and disinterested and eager to go away. The delivery and post op recovery was traumatic due to her incompetence. She is not even professional or caring enough to follow up.

She was so sleepy during my delivery that she couldn't even take a decision and I almost lost my baby due to her carelessness and lack of professional work ethic.

Lied directly to me, ordered unnecessary lab testing due to not reviewing my medical records, not knowledgeable (at least that I could tell from her explanations), acts like she just wants to move on to the next, very rushed feeling.

Dr. Kroll has only been my doctor for the first few months of this pregnancy so far, but we are happy with the short waits to see her and her personality during our appointments.
