Disappointing and unreal. Should be reported for fraud. Would not go back with a ten foot pole pushed by someone else's feet. Total disaster. Had to have another real MD straighten everything out. What a joke.

We love Dr. Natalie and the entire staff at Whole Child Pediatrics! I love the time they take with both parent and child, listen to all concerns, answer all questions, and offer a holistic approach. I look forward to seeing them every time I am there for myself or one of my three children, and stop in at the Natural Pharmacy to get all my goods :)

The customer service at this place is horrendous. DO NOT take your chances here. I promise you will regret it. And please don’t think that anyone there will have your side when it comes to customer satisfaction. This place is hardly classified as professional. Do yourself a favor and avoid Whole Child Pediatrics and seek a group of actual professionals. If you ever have a run in, expect them to BLOCK your phone number and disable your online account!

We’ve been with Doctor Natalie for ten years. We’ve run up against their billing department in the past but nothing like recently. They refused to honor an appointment so my daughter could get cleared for surgery, and then released a very unprofessional statement on Facebook. I don’t trust Dr. Natalie or Whole Child any longer. Their office staff is rude and unhelpful and their billing department is atrocious. Visit at your own risk.

Completely misdiagnosed my child. Did not like being questioned - poor attitude. Wants to diagnose everyone with food intolerance. Be careful.....

Dr. Natalie is a GREAT doctor. She has been the our doctor for 10 years. She is always there for us, easy to talk to. Our kids love her and look forward to seeing her. She is a local person, that you see out and about and she always has to time to stop and say hi and talk to the kids. We love her to pieces!!!!
