Natalie Warta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health field. She is passionate about helping adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, life transitions/adjustments, and much more. Natalie completed her Master's degree in Social Work at North Carolina State University. She began her career by working with individuals who were striving to overcome trauma. Through this, Natalie found her calling in trauma-focused and informed treatment. She is trained in a variety of different evidence-based practices that she uses throughout her relationships with clients. These include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), motivational interviewing, and more.
