Dr. Natalie Wiggins, ND is a licensed naturopathic physician and graduate of Sonoran University of Health Sciences who provides individualized, integrative care informed by both naturopathic and conventional medicine. Trained as an herbalist before attending medical school, she draws on botanical medicines, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, targeted supplementation, and evidence-informed allopathic approaches to create safe, personalized treatment plans. With a focus on longevity medicine, Dr. Wiggins stays current on approaches that support long-term health and functional optimization.

Her clinical practice emphasizes mental health, digestive wellness, hormonal balance, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular health, and overall health optimization. She has advanced training in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and was instrumental in developing and maintaining Vitae’s Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy program, integrating …ketamine-assisted approaches where appropriate within a comprehensive mental health plan. Dr. Wiggins also provides primary-care–level services across the lifespan, including well-child visits and women’s annual exams, and uses diagnostic testing and careful monitoring to tailor therapies to each patient’s presentation.
