Please Dont go There. Bad communication mediocre Staff except fot Jessica! Shes very nice and likes to help, others let you die. I had a very bad emergency they didnt care didnt help I even ask to talk to Doctor not either they let me suffer for 2 weeks or so without a very important medicine. your HEALTH IS FIRST DONT GO THERE.

I was the last patient of the day and Dr. Rodionova saw me for a few minutes before she left for the day (which I was unaware of). Then, students came in to do a series of tests on for me the next 1.5 hour with no explanation. I asked why the exams were indicated as I had them done during my annual wellness visit less than 2 months ago. They stated the doctor requested it, but had left already so they could not change it. The cherry on top was that one of these exams was a sonogram done on me by a male staff behind closed doors with no females in the room. He scanned my pubic region, a female must be in the room but they did not grant me that right when I asked. The female MA's were in the reception area watching Youtube and laughing. I've reported this to the medical board already as it is unlawful. After 2 hours of (unnecessary) supplementary exams and a thousand+ dollars billed to my insurance even though I had those tests done recently already, they said the doctor left and did… not prescribe the meds I went in for in the first place. I had to call in again to request my chronic medications. Labs took 1+ month to return. Unprofessional and incompetent. Please note that I am a Doctor of clinical pharmacy and cannot believe that this is the care patients receive at this office. What her office did was a business transaction to bill patients for exams that are not indicated. I am not a business transaction, I am a patient. My rights, privacy, and safety should not be violated during a health visit. Furthermore, patient centered care was not provided at all. Sincerely, Dr. Eva Sultana, Pharm.D., MPH

watch her, she constantly has pharmaceutical reps in & out of there, and soon too will have you on a ton of medicine, very out of control with the unnecessary Rx's.

GREAT MANNERS. GREAT STAFF. KNOWLEDGEABLE. COURTEOUS AND CARING. VERY POLITE. THE STAFF MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU ARE FAMILY. YELENA, ELSIE, ERIC AND NATALYA ARE JUST GREAT!

I never had to wait past 10 minutes at any of my visits. Dr. Rodionova took the time to carefully examine each patient and follow-ups thoroughly.
