Dr. Natalya Rukhman

I have been going here for awhile, I was having problem getting prescription , my pharamacy would contact them for over three days until they would fill my prescriptions , I went almost 4 days without lantus because of them, you try to call and call and no one every calls back, I had to send a message thru my mercy and my prescription problem was never taken care of. So I canceled my appointment and I was looking for a new doctor, then I get a letter saying they can’t see me any more, crazy office

I was her patient for a few years and she diagnosed me with hypothyroidism. Prescribed synthroid which stabilized my energy levels at basically low instead of no energy. I tried to exercise and maintain my weight but gained and she would give me amazing tips like "Join Weight Watchers" or "eat better". I told her repeatedly that my energy levels were low despite what the blood tests would say. She offered no solutions and basically cast aside my feedback.

She is very detail oriented and spends good amount of time with the patient. She believes in educating her patients and working together with them in their treatment. Her office is prompt in following up after lab results and the staff is very courteous. Would highly recommend her as an endocrinologist.

I am elated to have Dr Rukhman as my physician. She always spends plenty time with me, makes every effort to keep my prescription costs down by giving me pharmacy discount cards and samples and is eager to address any concerns or challenges I have.

Waited months for an appointment. Dr. Ruhkman did not listen, spent little time, seemed totally disinterested.

Horrible endocrinologist. Spent less than 3 minutes with me and just wanted to hear I was fine after surgery. Did not care to hear me. She is not a choice I would recommend to anyone.
