Very incompetent staff. They never return phone calls and they rarely answer the phone.

Doctor E. is a wonderful Doctor and a great person. He genuinely cares about my well being. He listens attentively and tried to communicate on simple terms. He makes it easy to speak openly and honestly without feeling like you're being judged. He asks questions in an effort to really get to know who you are and how you feel but most importantly why you feel the way you do. He gives wonderful advice and you know he is trying to help you understand what you are feeling. The visits are informal and comfortable. It's like visiting a friend. The staff is also genuinely trying to accommodate you and make you feel welcome. You will leave the office with a greater understanding of your problems and how to try to deal with them. I look forward to my visits with him and highly recommend him to anyone who needs the service he provides. I wouldn't want anyone else to treat me.
