Extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Natasha Kapur. After waiting four months to get an appointment, she rescheduled me. When I finally saw her, all she did was a basic checkup. When I started asking questions about my general health—perfectly reasonable things to discuss during a visit—she told me to book another appointment. I did, only to be turned away for being just 10 minutes late due to heavy rush-hour traffic. No flexibility, no compassion. It’s deeply frustrating to see how some doctors treat their patients—as if their time is more valuable than ours, and we’re just numbers in a queue. Healthcare in this country is already broken, and experiences like this make it worse. I’ve never dealt with such dismissiveness and lack of professionalism from a doctor. I’m switching OB-GYNs and will not be returning.
