My lethargic niece with a temperature of 105F presented to this pediatric “specialist” and she refused to do anything but a urinalysis. Urinalysis showed a UTI and she discharged home with antibiotics. Pt’s dad requested additional bloodwork to see if pt was septic and she adamantly refused multiple requests, but also made comments about keeping the pt NPO in case she needed surgery for possible appendicitis, but again she didn’t want to do any of those tests. Turns out my niece was septic (surprise surprise) and is now admitted into another hospital. This doctor is rude and lacks basic knowledge and compassion.

Rushed, sarcastic, and RUDE. really should get her license taken away. I had asked if children get more rashes than adults and she said “I really don’t know, I don’t study adults but I have 3 other ER patients waiting” After my 1 year old had an accident any parent is not in the mood for such attitude.

We took our daughter to the new campus in the last couple of weeks. the staff, child life, nurses and Dr. Tejwani were great. My child needed a procedure and she was knowledgeable, patient and successful in my otherwise anxious child. We will be taking our child there again.

We took our daughter to the ER for Influenza A (previously diagnosed with nasal swab at Urgent Care) and sudden neurological issues, such as not knowing where she went to school, her brother's name, etc. at the urging of the phone advice nurse. Doctor would not let us finish speaking, kept assuming what we were saying and was completely wrong. She even said something totally inappropriate in front of our very young daughter about how the influenza deaths at that hospital are in children not vaccinated with the flu vax. My daughter has immune issues and can't get the flu vax. I was almost in tears I was so frustrated with how unpleasant, unprofessional and unhelpful this doctor was. My husband, who is a very calm person, was angry. It was an awful experience and we will never go to that ER again because of it.
