I love Dr. Conley She is detailed and knowledgeable. She is a great listener, and she follows through.

Dr. Conley refused to speak with me about my son's condition. Yes, he's 18, but I pay the bill and he gave permission. Her response?? "Your time is up. This is a 15-minute appointment." She had spent 8 minutes with my son (after he waited almost an hour to see her). Cost of the visit? $270. Prior visits were $183 but because she had to take an extra minute to write a different prescription, it became "moderate to high severity." She didn't even take the time to explain the new medication to my son. When questioned, her staff was completely uncooperative. And by the way, while I was waiting for my son, they turned off the lights, locked the door, and left for the day without a word to me in the waiting room. There's more, but too long to write. I should have trusted my gut and other reviewers and never visited this doctor.

my 70 year old mother was there for a bloodtest and it took 2.5 hrs!!! it was incredible. we were told to arrive Friday after visiting her office That previous Wednesday.. Then the "Dr" ripped up for not following the procedure her incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional staff did not share... All we needed was a CBC which was advised by another one of my mother's doctors. She was rude and made the staff person com e toappologize INSTEAD of her and then stated that we "both" shared i nthe miscommunication. We ran out of there and now has another doctor that same day... NEVER GO THERE!!!
