I had a pleasure meeting with her and she assisted me in getting help and made sure I was taken care of post appointment.

I have had mostly terrible care when it comes to this provider. I think this is by far the worst one I have had. Instead of helping the patient, you get sent to someone else which makes no sense if you are the pcm. what good is it to have one if they aren't doing what you need this to do. Calls/ messages are often overlooked. I have never felt such carelessness and no compassion from any of the doctors I've been to like I have with her. Often times she doesn't listen and will talk over you as if you don't know what you are talking about. My family is very disappointed in the care we receive sadly we cannot change pcm's or we would do so.

This is a first time I was able openly speak to my Physician , she took her time with me , we came up with the plan that would work for me and we have scheduled appointment for followup . I am thankful for her.

I had wonderful experience , she is very knowledgeable, strait forward with good sense of humor and caring

She is a person that does not listen and has a terrible temper towards patients who go above her as far as appointments, she takes it personal and she will tell you in a angry voice with no reason. Being a patient I felt like being a prisoner and she presented her self as a Gestapo officer.
