Everything went well. Both my son and daughter had a good appointment. My son did complain of severe toothache after the cleaning so we had to take him back the next week. The doctor is very professional and did not force any "extras" on us. I did not have issues with the scheduling, front office or did not find the office for boys.

Dr. Phaeton is only cares about one thing -and it's not your child's health. It's money, she's going to fight you down to the last penny. She and her team know waaay more about your insurance than you do so they can manipulate it and the claims they file, sometimes that can be used for good in this case they're not helping you, they're helping themselves. The review above happens a lot in that office. They will not tell you until you are in the office if your child is on your insurance or not. If your insurance states it has to be six months to the day between cleanings they will schedule it so that you will have to pay out of pocket because they get more money that way. They constantly run about fifteen minutes behind because they're understaffed, and you can tell what staff they do have are exhausted. The office manager, Jasmine is rude to customers and puts her boss before customers. The office is itself is very nice but definitely geared toward boys.
