He's much too aggressive with his treatments and his solution dealing with thyroiditis is to push thyroidectomy/RAI. His methods are completely outdated, dangerous and barbaric. He has done substantial harm to my health that's permanently irreversible.

Ruined my health. I have permanent damage from putting me on wrong treatment.

He refused to give me naturally dessicated thyroid and told me it would make me sicker. I was bedridden under his care. When I switched drs to one who would give me NDT's, I fully recovered in two months.

He's getting old and off his game.

Dr Becker is the most knowledgeable, compassionate , precise physician I have ever met. He simply knows everything!. Even when I did my best to convince him otherwise about my thyroid disease, he wouldnt budge. And he was right. He saved my life. I dont know what else to say about him. I would never trust my thyroid to anyone else. My son is 10 and has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and is currently doing well under Dr Becker's care. Dr. Becker is by and large the smartest doctor in the country. He sees the whole picture of human health. He is not open to alternative types of health care.

Enough cannot be said about this endocrinologist. His wealth of experience, knowledge, research, passion, and compassion make him simply put, one of the most sought after endos in the world. At my last visit, a patient from Amsterdam had flown in for a consultation.
