I am a patient of Dr. Billington. I have been since just before the pandemic. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and empathetic. He never tries to talk down or dictate, but is genuinely concerned about my overall well-being. Some doctors are rather aloof and he is not. I would highly recommend him and this practice.
