Rude , in a hurry, used out dated scope on sinuses very pain , unprofessional

My appointment with Dr. Box was so bad I reported him. Fortunately my husband was with me and could verify all of his rude arrogant and horrible behavior. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Did nothing for me I couldn't have done by going to any pharmacy. Kept running in and out of room, he finally told me my insurance wouldn't cover any testing so he wouldn't do anything for me then had the gall to ask me come back in 2 months. Huge jerk!

Dr. Nathan Box and his team at Freeman Ear, Nose and Throat Center recently evaluated my daughter for her allergies. He did an awesome job while seeing her and then she underwent allergy testing and is now about to start allergy shots. I would recommend them to anyone!

Dr. Box and his staff at Freeman ENT were very pleasant and knowledgeable about my needs. I went to him for help on my seasonal allergies. I was set up to undergo allergy testing and then started shots at his office which have already started to help my symptoms. He is extremely caring and definitely knows what he is talking about- would recommend him to anyone!!!

Sinus scope painful he was angery he was hurting me Dr.Box was so rude can't believe Doctors treat people like this, find someone else

My husband went to see Dr. Box for sinus surgery. Dr. Box is very arrogant and proud of himself. Always ready to see the next patient. Doesn't even review past medical records to see why you take certain medications. My husband takes Plavix and Dr. Box said we needed to call the cardiologist to see if he could go off of it for a short while. I since learned the Dr. doing the surgery needs to request a cardiac clearance not us. Needless to say, Dr. Box will not be doing my husbands surgery.

I have never in my life met such a egotistical person in my life. He expressed no concern at all for my son after his tonsillectomy. My son was kicked out of the recovery room after 54min screaming in pain because "his 1 hour recovery time had ended" and they needed the room. I called several times a day trying to get relief for my sons pain and had to take him to the ER and another DR after a week of intense pain and crying.
