Provider listened to me, explained my symptoms and what he thought might be happening. He mentioned options for treatment and side effects. Since the side effects might interfere with the treatment for some unrelated health issues, together we decided to do an MRI to better clarify which possible diagnosis was causing the problem. He then made a referral to imaging. He had me schedule a follow up appointment to discuss the results.He was very gentle, apologized for the pain I experienced during the physical exam. He was not condescending or blame everything on my age.
