Dr. Do was chosen as a 2nd-opinion Pulm. I always rely on ratings when making an important decision. I liked him - seemed quite knowledgeable and caring. Ending the visit, he said to get labs done. Checking out, I realized that he missed that I did those labs 2 months ago. Then the front desk tells me he said to get a CT now. Due to not having discussed this with him...I sent a short polite e-mail stating that I was curious what he was looking for, so that I could educate/prepare myself. I said I was scared because a CT is a great amount of radiation. Rather than take 2 minutes to let me know his concerns...he sent a letter saying that he’s dismissing me as a pt. When I called the office stating that I am just scared of more radiation, and that I just need comfort from him on what his concerns are...they stated that it wasn't a concern of his, and wouldn't even see me after the CT. I have never experienced a doctor punishing a patient for asking for clarification and comfort.

DR.DO is a very caring and will not give up until he has found the correct diagnosis. He takes time to listen to his patience and will do whatever it takes to treat you. I would highly recommend Dr.Do to anyone looking for a awesome caring Dr. with breathing issues. Dr.Do has saved my life.

Ever since I started seeing him. I can not complain. He has helped me get back to a normal in the journey of PAH. I can breath so much better now. Tell you what going on in my PAH. Got me on right medication.

I was referred to Dr. Do for a sleep study. He was very thorough and professional. He listened to everything I said and provided his opinion. I didn’t need a sleep study but I had another test ordered. He called me a day later to report the results. Very kind, compassionate doctor!

He fought over a 1 yr to figure out what was wrong with me. He is dedicated and cares for his patiences

Dr. Do is one of the most outstanding physician in the Tampa area. For about a year I was unable to walk no more than 5 steps and kept passing out when I coughed. I had seen several doctors in town and thought I had cough induced syncope. No one really realized that I have something more serious than just a cough. Finally, when I was hospitalized and Dr. Do walked in, he knew exactly what I have and initiated the work up to confirm the diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension. I am on therapy for this and now I am able to live a normal life again. I went to Greece on a vacation and was able to walk more than the people in my group. His office staffs are very helpful and the doctor returns my call within 10-20 minutes. My wife and I are so grateful for Dr. Do. He has given me hope and life back.

Very good doctor but has very limited office hours. If you have a full time fatal desease such as Pulmonary Hypertension that at times needs immediate attention, I would not recommend a part time doctor like Dr. Do. His office staff are very unprofessional and appear to tell the doctor only half of the info. This causes patient/doctor tension. Any doctor that sends a letter to a patient advising them to find another doctor because they can no longer dedicate the time needed to them to treat their illness is not a doctor I would recommend.
