Stay away from this doctor. My friend, had severe acid reflux and saw Dr. Fierce. She had a Nissen fundoplication. This procedure was not done correctly. My friend ended up having multiple surgeries. On the last procedure she ended up with a colostomy bag because Dr. Pierce damaged her colon.

I would recommend Dr. Fierce heartily to anyone. He was very professional but was also very caring and put me at ease at all levels. He was very prompt and his explanation of my surgery was easy for me to understand. Big 5 Star for Dr. Fierce!!!

I had Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy. Everything was explained very well and the surgery was better than I thought. He is an excellent Dr.

Dr. Fierce saw me for my thyroid goiter. He had a suspicion there was a cancer prompted me to get a biopsy before surgery. Before surgery he took the time to determine that I had atrial fibrillation as well. His office made arrangements for me to be seen by a cardiologist to make sure it was safe to proceed with surgery. After knowing it was a cancer he then removed my thyroid. Everything went well with surgery. He has me seeing an endocrinologist to monitor my thyroid functions now. His office made all the arrangements before and after surgery.

I had a minimally invasive colon surgery for recurrent diverticulosis. His office arranged everything a colonoscopy before surgery and a repeat CAT scan. My surgery and hospital stay seemed very easy. I was at home in 3 days. I saw him for my final post op visit today. I feel great and am back to my normal active life.

I had a total thyroidectomy. He was great in every way. Explained everything so I could completely understand. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend Dr. Fierce to anyone needing a surgeon.

He performed emergency surgery on my son. Dr. Fierce was calm throughout his detailed explanation, knowledgeable and very thorough. He spent a lot of time explaining procedures, prognosis and recovery. If I ever needed a surgeon or could recommend one to someone, it would be Dr. Fierce.

Had my gallbladder out at trinity RI. Dr.Fierce spent about 20 seconds with me before my surgery and was very brass. He left for almost 2 hours with no explanation as to why surgery was so delayed. Post op dr. Fierce never came in to talk to me. And a week later I haven't heard from his staff.

I had emergency surgery for a ruptured spleen. Dr. Fierce did the surgery. I had a great recovery. He was very personable . I was scared out of my mind, but he did a great job and I healed very quick.
