Made an appointment two weeks ago after verifying with my insurance company and their office that he was in network. After taking time off of work, while on my way to the appointment, a lady called to tell me sorry – you have to pay $160 upfront to see the doctor. I advised her that that’s not how my insurance works, that he is in network, that I have a $15 co-pay. I was told they didn’t care how my insurance worked and that’s how their office does it lol. Got off the phone and immediately reported them to my insurance company who couldn’t understand why they would say such a thing. My impression is, they don’t want you there unless you’re paying upfront. They don’t care what insurance you have or if your services are covered, they just want your money

They basically don’t want you there unless you are paying upfront and will lie about your insurance coverage in order to get you to do so. Either that, or the lady who answers the phone half asleep has no clue about insurance. Neither one is good.

Terrible office staff. They lie and tell you they don’t take your insurance even if they do - in order to get you to pay money up front.

I've been a patient for over 3 yrs. He has always listened and more importantly heard what I was saying. Great beside manner.I have a lot of different illnesses and have seen a lot of different Dr's that did not listen and would choose to only treat 1 or 2. He looked at the whole picture. I have done remarkable well under his care. He truly cares!!
