Dr. Kanning made a scary experience very comfortable

I was taken to the ER requiring emergency surgery. I had never met Dr. Kanning having worked with a differnt surgen from out of town. Due to the emergency basis of my current need, Dr. Kanning was recommended by my F.N.P. Jane Hoover. Dr. Kanning is kind, thorough, professional; we agreed on the approach to my medical needs. Immediately upon coming out of anesthesia I knew the surgery went well, pain was greatly deceased, his follow-up at the hospital was great. I went home feeling much better and never touched a pain pill. He did a fantastic job on something that could have turned out bad. He is now my surgeon whatever the need!
