This office is adding doc visits to charge insurance and patients extra. Went in to see the doctor had blood work done was told i had to see the doctor for blood work then told i had to make another appointment to get results. I had other concerns and was told i had to make a separate appointment for that . Charged again. When i go in to get lab results by the way low vitamin D i ask about other problems once again i have to make another appointment . To top it off i get charged 3 Times my co-pay. I wait for charges and cpt code and it has nothing too do with why i came in. Never again will i go to this clinic . Something is very wrong . Can you say FRAUD !!

Well I went in about 3-4 WEEKS ago with heart palpitations, shortness of breath, swelling in neck, hand, feet and chest pains. Dr. Nguyen had me take a chest X-ray and blood work. Wellllll in the mean time I’m literally feeling like I’m having a heart attack for the past month. I have been worried something is really wrong with me because I usually don’t have these issues!or any health issues for that matter. I haven’t been sleeping at night but maybe 2 hours as well. I finally get back in to get the results. I waited 1 hour and was in his office for a total of 1 hour and 45 min for them to basically charge my ins and do NOTHING! He comes into the room and speaks to me about it and I said well did you get my chest X-ray back? He said he didn’t know and asked when I took it. I told him it had at least been 3+ weeks. He said he was going to check on the chest X-ray and sends his nurse in to do some sort of breathing test. Well the nurse comes in and has no clue as to what’s going on. She… tells me I can go because they are done and the front desk made me an appointment for an “echo”! Here I am no clue as to why they are doing an echo, he’s supposed to come back in the room and tell me what my chest X-ray shows and I still don’t know! I asked the nurse if he was coming back as he told me he would be right back when he walked out the door because I wanted to speak with him about me not sleeping. I ask the nurse if he was coming back in and she said NO! I then said well I have been sleeping about 2 hours a night and I need to see if he can prescribe me something in the mean time. She walks out the door and talks to I’m guessing the nurse practitioner and I could hear them kinda giggling or acting like I’m making these issues up. She comes in and tells me well take melatonin. I have taken my kids to this doctor and had issues getting the labs in a reasonable amount of time as well. I feel like they just run people through like cattle and don’t care when someone has a major issue. I will be making myself an appointment with a cardiologist tomorrow. Still up at 2 am and if anything this office has made my situation worse. They don’t care they just want your ins money! Just lost a family of 4! ??????? I have already paid 3-4 times for this SAME issue and they haven’t helped me at all!

told to follow up in 1 week for lab results. one week no results,lesion not improving so given a different antibiotic. 5 days later no report . Was told the fax machine is not working, this is the electronic age, the office does everything on computer, there is more than one way to get a report. maybe the culture was not sent to the lab and they are just lying. different antibiotics treat different bacterias, still don't know if I have been given right medicine.

It was a most horrible experience. I went there for a wellness exam, but I was lectured by technicians on my weight and diabetes---and I never did see a doctor. Then the front office changed my medical coding from a wellness exam to a physician's visit whereby my insurance health provider still refuses to pay. I suppose the clinic does not want to get paid since it changed the medical category. I am allowed a wellness exam each year, and this clinic denied my request for the regular exam so since they refuse to resubmit the paperworik with the correct category of a wellness exam I suppose they do not want to be paid by the insurance company. This is a horrible clinic, and I do not rercommend it to anyone. The techs barely speak English!!!!

We started seeing Dr Pecar, who is under Dr Ngueyn at the beginning of the year. It was so amazingly awesome because we were in and out quickly. She gave the patient a one and one attention. That was very important to us. They have taken on more and more and now the quality of her staff is deteriorating. Can't communicate with doctor only through her assistant. Not good. Otherwise she is a great doctor.

I went to my follow up to get lab results, appointment was at 8:15 in the morning after waiting an hour I had enough and went to the front office asked for a copy of my lab results and the girl acted like I couldn't have them. They are my lab results I paid to have them done. I finally got my results and left. Not only is the office staff not friendly at all, I find it extremely irritating that I had to wait an hour. I can understand if my appointment was in the afternoon, I understand things happen but at 8:15 in the morning! Not once did a nurse come and tell me he was running behind or anything, just stuck me in a room and left me there. Also the walls of his new office are paper thin I could hear everything that was going on around me and I quickly realized that he does an allergy tests on everyone which made me think he was a quack, why does everyone need an allergy test. The woman in the next room came in because she fell and hurt her neck why would she need an allergy test?… Maybe allergies made her fall? It seems all like an insurance scam. Not happy! DO NOT GO TO HIM!!

Dr. Nguyen is wonderful, he listens and sets a plan with his patients!!

Great doctor if you can get past the dingy office staff!

I began seeing Dr. Nguyen when he was a new doctor, approximately six years ago. He is an excellent doctor, and has fantastic staff members. And it is starting to show; he has become so busy with patients, that getting an appt. is very difficult.
