Warm, empathetic, knowledgable. I like his personality. He is thorough in keeping an eye on developing issues & referring you to a specialist when necessary.

Saw Dr. Noakes as a follow up to my LAL+ (light adjustable lens) cataract surgery. He did an excellent job at really helping me understand what was possible in the adjustment process. I have total confidence in my coming appointments to complete the adjustment and lock in process!

Dr.Noakes thoroughly diagnosed and explained my eye conditions (with photos), giving options for treatment. His professional knowledge and mannerisms are tops.
